My curiosity and passion have made me want to constantly develop, experience and learn. I have lived many lives in one.

I have a genuine interest and heart for people and their potential and well-being. I know the power of expressing oneself and being heard and seen, being accepted as who we are. I meet you where you are. And I believe in each individual's inherent fervor, wisdom and ability to achieve change, as well as the body's inherent intelligence and ability to achieve balance.

I have been passionately working as a body psychotherapist and coach with bioenergetics, tantra and inner-child-work with groups, couples and individuals around the world for almost 20 years.

It was life-changing and a total opening for me when I many years ago came in contact with tantra and spirituality,  I have ever since been committed to living my life from the heart and I love to contribute to others who want to do the same. Furthermore I have trained hundreds of people and companies in coaching and Nonviolent Communication, a method that has profoundly changed my own relationships and attitudes.

Now I offer sessions, courses and workshops mainly in Skåne and online, but also in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Gothenburg. I'm happy to offer sessions in Swedish, English, Italian and Portuguese.
